AIoT Application mainly uses various IoT devices(such as sensors, equipment and devices)to perform data collection and standardize the data in collaboration with personnel inspection and AI data interpretation, then have the central management system(CMS)perform backend management and system analysis operations.

    Through sensors, equipment and devices, the system can monitor the operation status of equipment and the operation environment in real-time, such as temperature, pressure and vibration, etc. When any parameter exceeds the threshold value, the system can issue warnings immediately so that the maintenance team can identify potential problems in advance. 
  •  Fault prediction and preventive maintenance 
    Through continuous monitoring and data analysis, the system can identify abnormal behavior patterns of the equipment. Based on these patterns, predictive analytics can predict possible faults of the equipment, and realize preventive maintenance from it to reduce the risk of downtime and maximize the availability of production lines.
